Best Sci/Tech Blog
We’re sorry there’s no presentation video. It blew up in the lab. Fortunately everyone survived, but the video could not be saved. We’ll observe WHMIS procedures more carefully before next year.
Thanks very much!
I can forgive you for not having an awards video, but in return, next year, can you have a Best Canadian Health Blog category? I’m not sure I really should have won in this category (but I’ll happily take the winners decal)
Regards,
Yoni
Congrats Yoni!
Aww, no video?
I’m not even sure I deserve my fifth place (and technically second of the science blogs, after Climate Audit, not counting the two tech blogs and one health blog in the top 5). There are some GREAT science blogs from Canada that belong somewhere between Climate Audit and myself, but that just weren’t nominated in the first place. I’ll try to help promote this category a bit next year.
That would be great Eva. There were a few categories where I felt we didn’t do a strong enough job in spreading the news of nominations being open. My personal excuse was that I was on strike during the whole month where I had intended on getting the ball rolling in a bigger way.
2007 is shaping up to be a lot of fun so far, and hopefully even more people will be a part of the ’08 Awards.
