I feel a little silly announcing the top French language blog without understanding the language myself. I wish I knew someone who could announce this in French, but alas I don’t. Nevertheless, congratulations to Synchro Blogue for the win, and to the other finalists. Of 9 entries, this category was one of the least participated in, but hopefully these awards will generate more interest and participation in French language blogs, and also from our Quebecois friends living all throughout Canada, toward next year’s contest.

Sorry to hear about the low voter turnout for this category – I only found out about this blog (sorry!) and this contest 2 minutes ago following a Tweet from Rob Cottingham. Pls feel free to contact me if you’d like help promoting this category next year.
Félicitations aux gagnants – au plaisir de vous découvrir.

You can be certain that we will ourselves enter the contest next year and we will be more than happy to publicize this contest.
I’m happy for Synchro-Blogue, it’s a good tech blog and maybe this will help them get more people on board and get more daily content.
